Jochen Siegle is a freelance photojournalist and writer based in San Francisco, CA. He started in the media business in 1995 after graduating from the University of Constance, Germany. Since then he worked in various editorial positions in Germany, Japan and the U.S.

He is currently covering business, media and technology for a number of high-profiled European publications including Spiegel Online/Der Spiegel and Neue Zuericher Zeitung/NZZ am Sonntag. Prior to moving to California in 2000, he was working for several leading European daily news and trade publications from Miami, Florida.
